Welcome to the PPV database!

The Plum Pox virus (PPV) database is part of the SharCo project. Sharco is included in the Seventh Framework European Programme. For more information, visit the SharCo website.

At the moment, the PPV database content is available only for SharCo members. Please login to get access. Once valorized by publication in a scientific journal, it will be opened to the scientific community.

The last database release (2012-01-06 17:11:05) contains 1967 sequences from 1220 isolates.

The Plum Pox virus isolates collection can be queried to extract isolates and related sequences according to selected criterions.
